Taiwanese street-style meat ball
Ingredient: pork, shitake mushroom, bamboo shoot, shallot, garlic, rice flour, tapioca flour, sweet potato flour, veg. oil, salt, sugar, soy sauce, wine, miso, spices.
Reheat methods: Use steamer steam about 10 minutes or microwave for 40 seconds, turn over, add sauce and microwave for another 40 seconds. 1.5-2 min. (Can be adjusted by yourself)
Traditional reheat methods: Use very low heat (about 130℉) oil to deep fried about 10 minutes. If you prefer to have crispy surface, use high heat (about 350℉) to deep fried about 45 second-1 min.
Suggest storage: in refrigerator 3 days, in freezer 2 weeks.If the meat ball is from freezer, please defrost it before reheating. This item has no preservative added.
