If there are any changes in your order or if there are items that did not deliver to you, to keep transactions clean and simple, we offer two options:
1. store credits (never expired) for your future orders, they will automatically be deducted from your next order.
2. If you'd like to request a refund, please do "request refund" from me with the option that you paid for your order.
Because farm2manhattan needs to clear and settle our account every week, so we ask you to check your delivered products carefully as soon as you receive them, and report to us and request for refund if necessary BEFORE the following Money (Sunday night as the deadline). We will not be able to refund you or accommodate requests after Sunday evening. We apologize for any inconvenience.
